"Best Guess" is Lucy Dacus's romantic ballad about commitment and imperfection, and it's the soundtrack to over one hundred on-stage weddings at her concerts, celebrating queer love. After seeing her show live, I knew I had to create an instrumental violin wedding version for those who want a ceremony song already imbued with so much meaning.

I rebuilt the song around strings, opening with several layered violin tracks that capture the intimacy perfect for a ceremony. Acoustic guitars come in for the chorus, adding warmth and a sense of self-assured stability.
